Our services are offered on a setup fee plus monthly subscription basis:
The first 30 days after setup are a trial period during which only the setup fee is charged. Monthly billing begins automatically on day 31. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. In case of a billing dispute, please contact us within 30 days at [email protected].
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. There are no long-term contracts.
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Orion Flow related to your services and account.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.
Upon full payment of the setup fee and while the monthly subscription is active, clients are granted a license to use the website and digital assets created by Orion Flow.
Orion Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific results such as a specific number of leads, revenue, or search engine rankings, though we do guarantee our work quality and commitment to results.
Our Guarantee: If you do not see measurable growth within the first 90 days of your service, we will continue working at no extra cost until you do. This applies to all active subscribers who have followed our onboarding process and provided necessary access and cooperation.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
